Andrew helped our neighbor kids build their annual snow hill (that they call a fort) this year. The snow was perfect the day they built it. It was wet and heavy snow, perfect for packing. They kept building more and more giant snow balls to pile on top of the hill.
Andrew built six huge snow balls.
Some of them were so big Jim had to help them push them up on the sidewalk and onto the hill. That day I decided we didn't need the snowplow to come through our neighborhood 'cause the kids were using all the snow in the road to make the hill. They had a blast that day! Andrew went out at 9 a.m. and I finally had to make him come in at 1:45 for lunch. He ate an apple and was quickly back outside. That kid loves the snow. The cold doesn't bother him (like it does his mom). I totally spaced getting a picture of the hill after they were finished, oops! Next time!
