Dance Rehearsal

Ally's dance studio performed at the Festival of Trees this year and her song and dance class was one of the groups that was included.  She was so excited to not only perform on the stage again but was also ecstatic because she got to wear makeup, much to her father's dismay.  The day before the performance they had a dress rehearsal at their studio so the kids would know how to line up, get off and on the stage, etc. and then they did an official run through.  My fabulous friend Stacie watched Vanessa for me so I could give my full attention to Ally and not have to fight Vanessa during the rehearsal.  What do you do when you are a 5 year old waiting for your turn to perform?  When you are my daughter, you literally climb the walls.

After patiently waiting, and a few more tricks by Ally, it was her classes turn to perform. It was so cute to see all the girls all dressed in their costumes ready to perform on the big stage.
