Andrew's First Lost Tooth
Tuesday morning I woke up to Andrew right in my face all excited saying 'Mom, I have three loose teeth.' He has been waiting so long to lose his teeth because all his other friends have and he wanted to keep up. I looked at his loose teeth and then rushed him off to school. That day he walked in the house and didn't say anything just showed me, what I thought was an empty ziploc bag. I asked him what had been in there and he said 'it came out today' with a big smile on his face. That's when I noticed his tooth was missing. I asked him if it just fell out. He told me that he'd been wiggling and wiggling it at school and then he went and got a kleenex and pulled it out. He is much tougher than his mom. He was so excited he told and showed everybody he saw outside that afternoon and all he talked about was what the tooth fairy was going to bring him. That night he carefully put his tooth under his pillow and went to bed. Jim was making fun of me because I was so worried the 'tooth fairy' would fall asleep and forget to exchange his tooth for the coveted money he talked about all day. Plus, the tooth fairy at our house had no clue what the going rate for a tooth is these days. Andrew was extremely happy when he woke up the next morning to $2 under his pillow. (Hey, with two more loose teeth and quite a few more to come, the tooth fairy doesn't want to go broke, we still have Ally and her teeth to lose)

New Addition
We are happy to announce (for those of you who haven't heard through the grapevine, or read it in my grandma's obituary) that our family will be expanding this August. And by expanding, we do mean by a child, our third is currently due August 20. The kids are very excited and already fighting over whether it will be a girl or boy. So far, it's two to one on wanting a boy, Jim and Andrew winning, much to Ally's dismay. I really don't care either way, as long as it's healthy, and by the way I've been feeling (doctor said the sicker you are, the healthier the baby), this is going to be one healthy kid.
